Basic
Xactimate® v.25 Training - 2 Days
Just looking for the basics? This is an intensive
2 day course will take you through all of the basic
features including some of the tips
and tricks along the way. You won't find a more thorough
course than this. We even cover
basic dimensioning through the sketch screen. This course
will prepare you for the Xactware®
Level 1 Xpert Certification test.
Course highlights:

the Xactimate program
- Preparing and organizing an estimate
- Addressing multiple coverage
- Building basic roof diagrams and floor plans in SKETCH
- Using macros and search options to speed up your estimate writing
time
- Importing, organizing and
labeling your photos
- Stacking and saving multiple documents in PDF
- Backing up your claim data and estimates
- Making your computer work for
- Creating files, completing reports and keeping your activity
diary
Course Materials: All students will
receive valuable quick reference sheets and handouts that
will help you estimate quickly and
efficiently as well as 5 sample macros from our ExactMacros
collection. Step by step manuals
will also be given for different applications of using
Xactimate®.

Requirements &
Recommendations
1.
Xactimate® is a
semi-advanced computer program.
Students attending this course are expected to have basic computer
skills (minor typing, maneuvering a
mouse and basic knowledge of the
Windows operating system). If you
don't have these skills, we recommend taking a basic computer course prior to this course to
maximize your learning potential.
2.
Students are required to furnish
their own laptop with Xactimate®
v.25.1 or later installed prior to
the course.

3. Please bring an
external mouse for the Sketch
training portion of the course.
4. Please bring a pen and
paper to take notes.
5. Times for all courses
unless otherwise noted are from 8am
- 5pm.
6. Dress is business casual.

1. Payments are
accepted using a debit or credit
card only through PayPal®. Once your payment is complete, you have
successfully registered for the
course. Please copy the course
information from this page. If you
have any questions prior to the

you can leave us a message on our
toll free number.
2. Students may cancel their
registration and request a refund up
to 5 days prior to the class. A
$50.00 cancellation fee will be
deducted from the refund. All
refunds will be made through PayPal®
and funds will be credited to the
original debit or credit card used.
3. Refunds will not be given to
students canceling registration in
less than 5 days prior to the
course. If we have future courses
scheduled, for a $50.00 transfer
fee, you may transfer your
registration to a later class.
4. Privacy Policy. We require your
email and mailing address for
registration. Your information is
kept secure and not sold or
distributed to any third party
companies. We will use the contact
info provided by you to send you
periodic updates and product /
course advertisements.

5. All courses are subject to
cancellation if the minimum required
attendees(8) is not met, or
if a hurricane is expected to make
landfall. If a course
is cancelled, several days prior
notice will be given as well as full
refunds. Refunds will not be given
for travel, hotel or any other expenses a student may incur prior
to the course.
